The 2022 Ford EcoSport comes in four trim levels: the S, SE, SES, and Titanium. Ford currently offers a total of nine exterior paint colors for the 2022 EcoSport: Lightning Blue, Luxe Yellow, Smoke, Blue, Shadow Black, Moondust Silver, White Platinum, Race Red, and Diamond White.

Some of the EcoSport's standard exterior features include a black painted upper grille with black beltline molding, integrated blind spot mirrors, halogen quad-beam reflector headlights, and a rear swing gate. Other features that come on the base level EcoSport include a rear window wiper, front variable intermittent wipers, an acoustic laminated windshield, and an Easy Fuel Capless Fuel Filler to make pumping gas as easy as possible.

All models of the 2022 Ford EcoSport come standard with the same 2.0L four-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The engine can generate 166 horsepower and up to 149 pounds-feet of torque. The EcoSport uses an Intelligent four-wheel drive type in conjunction with a single exhaust. It also features electronic power-assisted steering to make for an even smoother driving experience no matter the terrain.
